Hi guru few question need advise:-
1.Any limit income constraint to buy the Resale market HDB?
2.If taken the Resale Market HDB,is that entitle take the HDB grant?
3.If anyone of us is Sporean,what is limit grant able get from HDB?

Afternoon Sam,

1) There's no income ceiling when it comes to purchase of resale HDB unit, unless you are getting a HDB loan and HDB grant.
2) If you are earning less than $8k and at least one of the applicant is Singaporean, you can apply for the grant. This is subjected to approval, in reference to eligibility.
3) Taking that only one of you is Singaporean, you will be able to get $11k grant.

    Thanks for your valuable input.
    I'm looking for bigger HDB with more room (4 bed room) but just need to look that the PA is that fulfill my enquire?
    Any low prices and good location?Like in Woodland,Jurung west,CCK or Jurong East.What the prices range for the PA on those location?Pls email me.Thanks
