Hi Guru, Can the following residential status family to buy HDB in Singapore:-

1) Mother - SPR
2) Father - Malaysian (Currently working in Singapore under Employment Pass)
3) 1st Daughter - SPR (Under Mother sponsorship)
4) 2nd Daughter – Malaysian, holding Long Term Social Pass(Under Mother Sponsorship).

Hi Olive,

Yes, the family can buy a HDB since the mother and 1st daughter are SPR.

However, the family are not eligible for HDB loan.
