The resale prices for 3-room ranges from $450K -$520 depending on various factors like the floor, corner or corridor, facing and renovations. Usually the higher floor unit can fetch a higher valuation. There was a high floor corridoor unit in Blk 13 Holland that was sold at $505K, with $55K COV early this year.
I have sold a few 3-rooms, 4-rooms etc in Holland, sold a 3-room Blk 6 Holland this year for COV of $40K and that was a corridor unit and sold another corner 3-room Blk 9 Holland for a COV of approx $70K COV last year.
