Hi,
As your spouse is a SPR, and you have taken grant once, it is likely you will be considered a 2nd timer and cannot be eligible for the staggered downpayment scheme for BTO. Also, since you have taken grant once, if you apply BTO again, a resale levy is applicable too, and it will be half resale levy since only 1 of you have taken the grant.
