Hi Guru,
Both me and hb work overseas and we would like to get an apt in SG. We're currently on The Peak balloting, but thought that this price could probably fetch a Pte apt/condo. We're not sure if The Peak is a gd investment, as we hope to get something with investment value.

We're open to gd location HDB resale or even new condo as well, however we lack of a good agent to do the ground work and update us on the mkt movement. Any resourceful agent can give us some insights on our unsure decisions?

Yes & No. The Peak certainly is expensive and for that kind of amount it is a fact that you can get a condo. However, the condo which is about the same price with the PEAK can never have such a good location.

Hi hv a new list which is an EC called NUOVO, brand new cond, 1389 sf, 3+1 rms, just opp Yio Chu Kang MRT, unit is high flr beautiful cond, EC is open only to PR and singapore citizen at the moment, it is generally 100psf cheaper than the neighbouring condo because of its EC status, it has full facilities like a condo, privatise 5 years later.
