Hi Guru,
As per the new rule, buyer cannot sell his hdb in 5 yrs of MOP. In case if buyer want to sell his hdb unit, what is the penalty OR the extra amount charged by HDB so that atleast he can sell but maybe in a slight loss? But Is there a provision in that case?
