Hi guru 350k resale flat minimum how much cash do i need for down payment, cov, stamp fee ect?

Evening Tan,

With buying price of $350k, the COV would be the amount which is above the valuation.
Downpayment should not exceed $5k, which makes up part of your COV.
Stamp fee for purchase of $350k is $5200. As for the other expenses, I'm sure your salesperson will be of assistance to you.
