Hi, given current market situation i would like to know should I submit hdb valuation before posting online? As the valuation will only last 3 months. And my mop just up. Whats the COV roughly i can get for my house which is 5mins from punggol mrt and supermarket 24/7 just downstairs.

Evening, It's common for seller to market their unit prior getting the valuation report. However, in order to get a serious buyer, they would want to know how much is your valuation. This would allow them to calculate the possible COV component, if any, and how much extra cash they might need to prepare, if their mortgage loan is not enough to cover the purchase price. Hi, buyers nowadays are going for zero COV, as in Punggol area. Depending on your house condition, and since it is near to amenities, you may ask for some slight COV.
