Hi Ravi,

There were 2 transactions in the past 12 months. $350k in Nov 2011 and $385k in Jan 2012. With the property age approaching 30years, this could be a deterring factor for prospective buyers to make an offer, unless the condition of your unit is good or the buyer has additional motivation in securing a unit in the area for example to stay near parents.
