I have a tenant, PRC chinese who turned Singapore PR a few years back. She has a PRC father coming to visit her on a social pass for 3 months. She would like to rent a common room near the green MRT line for 3 months first, subjected to a longer lease when if her father's stay is approved (1-2 years). Please let me know if you have any units that match. Budget is 600-650. Thanks.
