Hi experts, we are couple SPR (more than 4 years) planning to buy HDB house. Can we first complete resale HDB transaction and the proceed for ROM (submit marriage cert within 3 months) or we have to complete the ROM first before attempt to start submit HDB resale purchase?

As SPRs, both of you do not qualify under the "Fiance/Fiancee Scheme". Hence you will need to get married first before purchasing a HDB resale flat under the "Public Scheme".
