Legally, you are only able to exercise on 24th May, not an hour before.

If you already done your financial calculation, and confirmed the ideal unit, I would strongly suggest you to book the unit immediately.

Although there are people who says that there are other many, but every unit is unique. Thus do not hesitate to voice it out to the seller to ensure you won't missed yours.

You are only able to register your Intent to Buy after you turned 35 year old. Hence, you can only OTP after you had registered your Intent to Buy, earliest on your birthday next month.
