Hi expert,1)What is the max age can bank housing loan up to? 65? 75?
2)Can the bank finance me for the 5% cash downpayment on 1st appointment and later recover it from my sales proceeds of existing flat, any under-taking letter require? 3) Private Condo takes 8 wks to complete whereas HDB needs longer periods, will i be stuck in financial to complete condo? When can i buy after sell?
