Hi expert, buyer has paid $5,000 to complete OTP, what happen the deal call off before 1st appointment, besides $5,000 being forfeited, what authority can buyer or seller to approach to take the legal action how long will the matter be resolved. Can the buyer or seller immediate to go for next deal or have to seek HDB approval.
