Hi everyone. My family bought a 2 storey HDB shophouse near amk hub this year May 2013 and will like to sell it. Understand that we will need to pay SSD for level 2 residential flat but do we need to pay SSD for level one shop space as well? Any agents that are active in shophouse dealings in the ang mo kio precinct that can advise what is the price to ask for ?

Hi Derrick,

You need to pay 16% SSD for level 2 residential flat if you sell now (within 1 year from May 2013). No SSD required for level 1 shop.

For the selling price, i need to know the exact location and monthly rental of the shophouse in order to advice. Please call me at 98628691  to discuss.
