Hi does valuation take in renovation? If my floor is rubber tile and the condition is very bad will it be best if i renovate my flooring with laminated flooring will i get better valuation price? What will be the different between renovate & non-renovate? Will it had a different of more than $10K? Thank you

Hi Wendy,

You can try to do some light touch up.
Although it will increase the valuation price only by a little. This will help increase the chance of it attracting clients who will take a liking to your unit.
