Hi, does anyone have any idea how long it normally takes to sell a 4 room flat in woodlands at value?

Hi,

It typically takes less than 1 month to sell a HDB flat after the 7th day post submitting of the resale checklist to hdb.

Hi Daphne,

I am not sure why you want to sell at value. Even in today's market, can still ask for a bit of COV. :)

Anyway, if you are willing to let go at value, i would estimate 2-3 weeks. But i need to see the place first.
