Currently we wanted to buy a flat from
Resale market. But the problem is that I have a bad credit ratings. I have about 50k in my cpf and my wife have 20+k.
Currently I'm self employed for a few months and my wife is earning about 2700 month. I have loans to service too! If I apply together I will sure pull her down. Is there anyway to apply under her name and me under essential occupier? And at the same time use my cpf? We will buy a 3 room resale near to my parents place so we have 55k grant if I'm not wrong
