Good evening buyers,

Do take note that owners not necessarily need to be the borrowers. Your wife can be sole borrower but her income must be strong to obtain substantial loan.

In addition, only owners are eligible to utilise their CPF OA funds in property purchase.

Yes, you can do that, provided your wife's income is strong enough to get a good loan. Do take note that for self-employed, there will be a 30% haircut by the banks when she's taking loan.

Owners need not be borrowers, but borrowers must be owner.
