Based on the limited information, I presume your husband is currently the co-owner of this property that you have your name in.

It is unlikely you can remove your name as you are currently married and HDB will require married couples to include both of their names to be eligible for ownership.

Hi,

1) You are not allowed to remove your name as an owner of an HDB flat.
2) The HDB already imposed a policy in April 2016 forbidding married couples to perform decoupling.
3) I'm not sure who is the other owner of this HDB flat. His/her name can be removed from this HDB though.
