Hi, currently I own a resale HDB flat with my mum and sister.. And I'm going to purchase another HDB resale with my hubby. I wish to check if it's possible to transfer ownership to my mother without them paying me a single cent.

Hi,

For this scenario, firstly your MOP must be met. Next you need HDB approval for transfer, provided that the remaining owners can finance the outstanding loan and refund the CPF utilized by the outgoing owner, as these CPF monies need to be returned to his/her OA. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Evening,

If you have not contributed to the current unit, you can transfer the ownership to the existing owner. However, this would be subjected to the MOP requirement.
