Hi, currently i am staying in a 4 room HDB flat and i wanted to sell away my this flat and buy a 3 Room HDB Resale Flat. My question is that can i use all my CPF money to pay for the 3 Room flat that i buy completely by selling my 4 room flat CPF money. I'm 62 yrs old now i wanted to down grade to a smaller flat pls help me i would like to know the rule what should i do. I Thank You.

Morning John,

For such questions, it would be good to consult CPF board's instruction prior acting as you have reached retirement age. Whatever PCF monies that might be refunded to your CPF account may not be usable unless you have attained written approval from the board.
