Hi,

1) You will lose your 1st timer privilege once you apply for a grant.
2) Because this is considered you had received a subsidy from the govt.
30 On top of this, you have to pay a resale levy when you buy the BTO/SBF.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Hi,

If you took CPF Housing Grant for your resale flat purchase, you will be considered as taken once grant.

When you apply for BTO after you have met your 5-year MOP for the resale flat, you will be considered as a second-timer applicant. Should you manage to get the BTO flat, you are required to pay a resale levy upon the sale of your resale flat (the flat that you had taken grant).

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
