Hi, currently i am looking around to buy a property ard 1.6- 1.8 mil in the east. Have chk with one of the local bank and eligible to loan up to 2mil. So what my next step? Ge tthe bank to issue me a LO?

Hi Daniel;

The banks can only issue the LO upon Option To Purchase being granted to you.I have a new launch in the east that is within 3mins walking distance to MRT and next to future mall.Open for booking this Friday.You can get a 4bedrooms Dual Key units with your budget ! I have Something in the east, that suits the price range of 1 milliom.
Assuming at 20% downpayment, your mortgage loan of 80% is $2750 at 30 years.
Rental Is at $3.3-$3.5k conservatively. Thats about $500-$700 passive income.

Hi Daniel

If the banker has assessed and gave you the in principle approval of up to $2m loan, it is good enough. The next step you can do is to shop around for your desire property.

One of the lowest $psf project in the East will be the D'nest, and it is only 7 mins walk from Pasir Ris mrt. Feel free to let me know should you require the brochures and floorplan. Cheers!

Hi Daniel,

As long as you have gotten the AIP (Approval In Principle) from the bank, you can go ahead and proceed to look for your ideal home already.

As many agents have previously stated, there are 2 new exciting launches coming very soon! One is launching today right smacked at Tanah Merah MRT station called "Urban Vista". Another will be slightly nearer to the city called "Sant Ritz" right at Potong Pasir MRT station.
