Currently, am,30,staying with my mum and an elder Brother, who is turning 35 this year,Oct. We stay in a rented flat. Am wondering, how can i apply a flat in a joint-name with my Brother if possible. Or may i know who should i seek help from regarding this issue? Appreciates all the help. Thanks.
