Hi, could I know how does payment for condo works? If my loan is 80%, when does payment for these 80% kick in? Do we pay the rest of the payment only upon top?

Hi Mdm Chan

Your 80% loan will only kick in once developer starts and completed the foundation which normally will take 9-12mths after you paid & exercised the S&P
