Hi Consultants,

Currently I am staying in HDB >10years & fully paid.If I purchase a new EC directly from a developer, can i hold my HDB flat?

Evening Mr. Foo,

New EC falls under HDB ruling, hence upon the collection of the keys, you must sell away your HDB unit within the following 6 months.

Hi Mr Foo,

You are require to sell off your HDB flat within 6 months upon collecting the key of a new EC.
