Hi Natasha,

1) Both parties have to come to an agreement before presenting to the court on how to split the share in a property.
2) Although it is under Joint-tenancy which means all owners own equal shares, rights, and responsibilities. But when coming to splitting in a life event, all this can be discussed.
3) But to take over as full ownership due to financial contribution is not likely to happen. The non-financial contribution is also considered a contribution to a matrimonial home.
4) It is best to consult a family lawyer over this matter on how the court will divide under your circumstances.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
