Yes, you can purchase HDB resale unit with your daughter, with your wife as essential occupier. As Singapore law deem your wife and you as one, your wife will be required to sell away the private property after key collection of your HDB unit. Alternatively, if your daughter is about 21, your wife can transfer the private property to her name and both of you purchase a HDB unit.
