Hi, Can my mother buy a HDB jointly with my sis who is 24 years old? My mother is currently co-owning a HDB with my father. thanks

Evening Wendy,

All eligible HDB owners are only entitled to ownership of one HDB unit. Since your mum is the co-owner with your dad, she cannot purchase a unit with your sister.
