Good morning,

you definitely have the rights to rent or sell your HDB after MOP is fulfilled.

But perhaps you need to share this decision with your daughter so her bedroom can be viewed during viewing and she will vacates the bedroom upon sale or prior to tenants move in.

As long as either of the owner is Singaporean, and the MOP of 5 years fulfilled, yes you can rent out the whole unit to tenants, without needing your daughter, the occupier's permission. However it may still be ideal to speak to your daughter about this so she can make the preparations to shift as well.
