Hi,

Can my husband (above 35 years old) buy an HDB on his own (either BTO or resale) while I have already purchase a condo (prior to our marriage)?

Afternoon,

As at the moment, your friend can purchase HDB unit under single scheme. For BTO, there's a waiting period required while resale unit will take only around 5 to 6 months.

Hi Anonymous,

you said the man is your Husband. regardless of his age, the moment he purchases a HDB, BTO or resale, he has to include YOU as co-owner. That means you have to then sell the condo that you purchased prior to the marriage. Read More
