Morning,

Under the current residential housing ruling, should you opt to utilize your CPF for the down payment and/or the monthly installment, you will be required to be included into the ownership of the said property. However, that does not prevent you from transferring your CPF funds into your parent's account so that they can utilize it in the similar way.
