Hi ,
Can i request HDB to be transfer to my name after divorce ?
currently the resale house we are staying is only 4 years before MOP. does this affect the transfer of ownership or we may need to wait till next year?

Have you filed for the divorce proceedings? The final judgement will allow you to make necessary transfers or sale. Read More
