Hi,

Can I know how much funds i must prepare if Im looking at buying

1. 5 rooms flat in yishun ( approx. $500k )
2. Resale EC unit in the north- ( Not sure the market rate )
3. New EC ( not yet TOP) in the north ( approx $800K )

Im a singaporean citizen, first time buyer, buying it with my wife, second timer.

Hi,

Assuming you are taking bank loan for the private property, the typical breakdown is

5% cash
20% cpf OA
75% bank loan
Approx 3% for stamp duties and legal fees

Good evening buyer,

Let's assume you can take up to 75% bank loan for all these transactions.

1) 25% downpayment (5% cash/ 20% cash or cpf)
2) estimated stamp duty (estimated 3%)
3) $3k legal fee
4) 1% of purchase price plus GST if applicable especially for HDB transaction
5) resale levy if applicable especially for new EC purchase
6) $80 resale application fee and $120 valuation fee for HDB transactions
