Hi, can i check i am currently going through a divorce and I have care and control over my kid. Is it possible to retain my flat, but the MOP is another 2 years. Can I buy out my ex spouse share and get the whole house?

Good evening,

If you have the legal custody, care and concern of your kid, you should be able to buy over your ex's share. You might want to check with your HDB branch office on this.
