Hi can I Check I am 21 years old and my brother is 28 years old currently we’re living in a rental flat with my mother, in any circumstances can I or my brother apply a to buy a house with both of our names? Without bringing out mother?

Hi,

1) It is always HDB aim to assist SC to form a family and own an HDB flat.
2) So you can see that the current regulation for single is must reach or exceed 35 years old to apply BTO or to buy resale.
3) Unless using your mother's name with one of both of you to form a family nucleus, or one of you found a life partner to form a family nucleus, There is no immediate solution for your current situation.
