hi, can i buy a hdb flat for my mum using my CPF. Can't buy HDB as i own a pte pty. Pls advise

Afternoon Jong,

As you are not the owner or co-owner of the unit, you are not allowed to use your CPF to pay for the unit.
Depending on your mother's age, you can try to transfer portion of your CPF OA, to your mother's account. This is provided that she have not hit the retirement age. It's also subjected to many CPF rulings.
