Hi, can HDB buyer, after exercise option, dont want to buy at the first HDB appt because buyer did not manage to sell their HDB unit yet. How to proceed to ensure buyer dont back off? Thanks!

Morning, Once the buyer have exercise the OTP, they have officially entered into a contractual agreement. If they choose not to continue with the purchase, you can take legal actions against them. Hi Sir, Thanks for your advice! Do you have recommended lawyer who has experienced in such case and able to help the victim to get back the losses incur as the unit will be selling at lower price in such a market conditions. Thanks!
