Hi,

1) A married SPR couple must both meet the 3 yrs minimum resident's status before being eligible to buy a resale HDB flat.
2) You may join name to add in as an owner.
3) You may hold the flat under Tenancy-In-Common ownership so that it is clear how much percent each party owns.
4) It will be easier when you decide to buy your own and sell the current share to your sibling in the future.
