As a single, you are only eligible to buy BTO/Sales of balance flat for 2-room flexi.

If your wish is to get a 4-room flat, you can only purchase resale flat, and apply grant accordingly to reduce your financial burden.

Single buyers are only eligible for 2 room flat within BTO/SOBF selection. You can however look at resale 4 room flat if you are interested.
