Hi! Can a separated person, with custody of the child apply for HDB?

Hi,
If you have gone through the legal divorce process, and have legal custody of the child, you should be able to purchase a resale hdb. It depends on case by case basis, preferably to clarify with hdb resale hotline before proceeding. Thanks and hope to discuss further.
