Hi, can a married couple who have recently bought a private condo have their names put as owners of an existing hdb flat (either now or in the future) or own the hdb flat for that matter? The couple does not own any hdb flat now. Thank you.

As both of you are current owners of private property, you are required to sell it off within 6 months from owning a HDB unit.
