Hi Mr Ng, nope you can't. You can only own either a hdb or an EC unit.

Hi,
If you are a HDB owner, and if you wish to purchase new EC, you are eligible to do so provided you have met your MOP of 5 years for HDB. Please note that you also need to sell your HDB within 6 months of key collection, you can't hold both. Additionally, there are other criteria to meet such as income ceiling of 12K and a family nucleus applicant group. Thanks and hope to be of assistance further.

You may like to know that if you are currently a ‘Resale HDB owner without CPF Housing Grant’ and the MOP period ends before the EC’s expected TOP date, you may apply for the new EC.
The Amore EC in Punggol is expected to TOP on 31 July 2017.
The E-Application period for The Amore EC ends on 21 Dec 2015, 8pm.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to learn more and submit your application for a chance to choose your preferred unit.
If for any reason you wish to abort the application before the booking date on 17 Jan 2015, you may do so without any penalty. Hence, there’s nothing to worry about.
