Hi, Can a 35 year old single guy continue to live in 4-room resale flat (current house) after both his parents has passed on and transfer ownership ? or will he be forced to move out and buy a 3 room instead ?

Morning,

I should assume that you are SC, above 35 years of age. The unit was owned by your parents and was WILL to you upon their departure. If so, you are entitled to stay in the unit. DO note that HDB will preceive that you have enjoyed your first subsidized unit, even though this unit have being WILL to you and you opt to accept it and stay in it as your property.
