Hi Bro / Sis,
Need some advise and understanding here regarding the policy of 50% cash proceed after i sold off my first HDB loan flat.
I will be collecting my key for the new flats before selling off my current flat.
Below is my situation.
Current i have CPF balance of 50k in my OA and my new bto second Flat is at 190K. So need a second loan from HDB of 140K at commercial interest rate.
After i sell off my First HDB flat, 140K will goes back to my CPF.
So if my profit is at 200K, will hdb take 50% of my profit to go to offset my second loan first or they will take all from my CPF first before they take from my profit?
Need advise asap as my appoint is end of the month.
