Hi, both of myself and my partner are Singaporean, not yet married. I intend to buy resale HDB under my name (HLE letter gotten under single sc scheme) and he intend to buy condo under his name before we get married. If both of us able to get our own properties in next year, then we get married in year2024, any impact to our properties?
