Hi, both myself and my wife are Malaysian PR and own a HDB flat. MOP reaching 5 years by Feb 2016. Currently on hand cash 70k and CPF OA of 70k. I would like to sell current HDB and buy bigger HDB. Can I start to search and buy new HDB now? Or I need to wait MOP finish? Thanks.

I'm afraid you will need to fulfill MOP before you at eligible for the upgrade.
