Hi, both my parents own a HDB as Joint Tenancy. The flat is fully paid for, no outstanding loans. My mother would like to transfer ownership to me as way of gift. Do I need to pay 50% to my mother? Also does this arrangement need my father's approval and signature in order to proceed? Thanks.
