Since your spouse will be fulfilling 3 years of SPR status, how about you?
Do take note that both of you have to fulfill 3 years before eligible to purchase a resale HDB.
If fulfillment of 3 years will be up in early Nov, you can start viewing from late Sept or early Oct. But do take note that you can only sign the OTP on after both of you have fulfilled 3 years respectively.
